Memory Match Game — Free Online Pair Puzzle

Memory Match on WrightKit runs entirely inside your browser tab. There is nothing to download, no account to create, and no data leaving your device: the deck is shuffled with a Fisher-Yates pass and dealt face down the moment the page loads. Your task is to turn over two cards at a time and find matching pairs while holding as much of the board in your head as possible. A status strip above the grid keeps a running count of your moves, the number of pairs cleared against the level total, the elapsed time in mm:ss, and an accuracy percentage measured against the theoretical minimum of one move per pair. The Difficulty dropdown offers three settings: Easy deals 8 pairs across four columns, Medium deals 12 pairs across four columns, and Hard deals 18 pairs across six columns, which spreads 36 cards over a much wider visual field and pushes working memory well past the limit most people can sustain. Because a face-down card only becomes memorisable once it has been revealed at least once, the game is a test of recall rather than of visual comparison. Finish a board and you get a plain-language summary of your move count and time, and your best time for that difficulty is carried over so the next attempt has a number to beat.

Reaction Time Test — Measure Your Reflexes

Reaction Time is the shortest possible test of how fast your nervous system turns a signal into a movement. Press the large panel, wait until it turns green and the word Now! appears, then press again as quickly as you can. The gap is measured in milliseconds using performance.now(), a monotonic high-resolution clock that is immune to system clock adjustments, so the numbers you see are real elapsed time rather than rounded animation frames. The entire test runs client-side in your browser: there is no account, no download, and no round trip to a server, which matters because network latency of even a few milliseconds would be indistinguishable from the differences you are trying to measure. Choosing the Number of rounds dropdown before you start sets whether you will run 3, 5, 7 or 10 trials. The critical design detail is the randomised delay: each round waits somewhere between 1.2 and 5 seconds before signalling, so you cannot fall into a rhythm and start anticipating the moment. Clicking before the signal forfeits that round, it is recorded as an early click rather than a time, and it is counted separately in the summary. When you finish, the Summary table reports your best and worst valid time, the arithmetic mean, the median, the standard deviation, and how many rounds you forfeited, which together say considerably more about your reflexes than a single number ever could.
